Two tube-to-tubesheet joints leaking at first hydro
What was found
First hydro at 1.43 x design held 14 minutes then wept at two joints on the outer row. Expanding pressure log shows both were on the low side of the band.
Corrective action
Both joints re-expanded and seal welded, second hydro passed 28 Jul. Expander torque check added to the ITP as a hold point before hydro.
